Netflix has broken a few barriers when it comes to original content and is doing so again. The company is expanding into France next month as part of its efforts to expand its business in continental Europe and so is creating an original series, Marseille, in French. It is described, CNET reports, as “an eight-episode tale of power, corruption and redemption set against the rich backdrop of the French port city.” It will shoot early next year and come out later in 2015.
