Expanding its relationship with baseball, DraftKings has reached a multi-year agreement to become an Authorized Gaming Operator of Major League Baseball. The expanded partnership will enhance DraftKings’ wagering offerings, especially live and in-game options as real-time betting becomes increasingly popular during sports and entertainment events. The company, which has been the official daily fantasy partner of MLB since 2015, now has the rights to use official MLB data along with MLB marks and logos within its sports betting products. The partnership, terms of which were not disclosed, will bring more instantaneous data feeds to DraftKings Sportsbook, supplementing the live betting experience. Moreover, customers will see official MLB team logos revitalizing the look and feel of the sportsbook as part of the deal.
