Exits: Robert and Michelle King, creators, exec producers and showrunners for CBS’ The Good Wife, are leaving the show after the current seventh season. Additionally, contracts of many original cast members, including Julianna Margulies, are up at the end of this season. Exec producer Craig Turk is being eyed to take over as showrunner….After six seasons at the helm, Steven Moffat will step down as lead writer and executive producer of Doctor Who. Chris Chibnall (Broadchurch) will become the new showrunner beginning with season 11. “It took a lot of gin and tonic to talk him into this, but I am beyond delighted that one of the true stars of British Television drama will be taking the Time Lord even further into the future,” Moffat said. Moffat’s final season will air on BBC America and BBC One in spring 2017 and there will be a Christmas special in 2016.
