About You
We are seeking a sales leader. You are a self-starter with strong agency and client connections and a passion for streaming and digital media sales. You will be responsible for developing large, meaningful partnerships to drive strategic and creative solutions for clients. You relish the opportunity to help advertisers build their brands by supporting the world’s most premium news publishers, including Bloomberg, CNN, ABC News, CBS News, Reuters and hundreds of local stations across the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by developing business relationships with ad agencies and clients directly.
- Proactively build and grow a pipeline of sales targets, contacts, and sales opportunities, leveraging your agency connections.
- Craft the pitch and narrative to communicate the value of Haystack News for an advertiser audience.
- Identify appropriate industry events, sponsorships, and B2B tactics to raise advertiser awareness and generate leads.
- Develop custom sales proposals, based on marketplace feedback and client needs. Identify and procure research needed to back proposals.
- Develop new ad types and sponsorship products to expand Haystack’s ad solutions portfolio
- Coordinate across the internal organization to shape sales strategy, work with the Leadership and Marketing teams on products and collateral, and communicate effectively and timely with assigned clients and internal Ad Ops.
