Position Summary:

NAR is assembling a Video Production team of creative thinkers and doers. This role will support the Senior Producer and Producer creating corporate videos for Leadership Team and NAR programs, producing Webinar content, aiding in field production and content development for digital series with a focus on stories about REALTORS® and how the National Association of Realtors® supports their vision and business.

We’re looking for someone who wants to excel and contribute to a newly developed but thriving team. You want to learn and do as much as possible to grow yourself and your Production expertise. You’re a self-starter. You can handle talent, manage up and down. You are proactive, flexible and most of all creative. Relationship building, organization, collaboration and communication are key to navigating NAR. Production is a high demand and thus, you’re able to juggle multiple projects, each at different stages, all at once.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support development of corporate content for Leadership Team/Program Managers and series content as directed by Producers

  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers and Specialists, Creative and Program Managers to ensure Program goals, marketing plans and messaging platforms are incorporated into Campaign Production assets

  • Aid in script writing (short and long form), with a focus on storytelling – elevating & supporting brand initiatives, as directed by Producers

  • Work with internal teams and vendors to conceptualize & produce content customized to reach & communicate with varying target audiences

  • Provide support with field shoots; must have ability to see projects from inception through delivery

  • Oversee Webinar Production serving as a liaison between NAR partners & 3rd-party vendor, directly

    involved in management of said vendors

  • Ability to give relevant & comprehensive notes to 3rd-party vendors

  • Manage relationships with agencies, providing feedback that ensures video content reflects NAR

    messaging, brand voice and initiatives from inception to final delivery

  • Ability to edit videos in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, as needed

  • Assists with tagging, cataloguing, and processing of DAM assets for Library development

  • Assists with the organization & processing of content including all related resource materials

  • Provide guidance to Production Assistant

  • Other duties, as assigned
