Today, Cathy leads business development, searching for innovative and forward-thinking opportunities. Her leadership focuses on enhancing products and product offerings for Empower’s clients. Through her management of the development and execution of new products and strategies, Cathy is leading Empower in innovative media solutions including offline programmatic buying. She excels in identifying market opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving long-term sales revenue growth.
