Who Should Enter?
The Cynopsis Top Women in Digital Awards celebrates women of all titles and years of experience who are having an impact on the discipline of Digital Media. The program is open to women worldwide — Both domestic and international organizations are eligible and will be judged according to the category. Please note that the names and identities of all nominators will remain confidential, but the information provided will be used for judging purposes and for coverage in Cynopsis Media.
Multiple entries are accepted, and a single entry can be entered into more than one category. Please follow the “How to Enter” instructions below for each additional category you will be entering.

To be eligible, entrants must have been employed (either in part or in full) between January 1, 2016, and January 1, 2017.
All entries are held in strict confidence and we will not share information unless we receive permission from the entrant.
How to Enter
The entry process is completed solely online:
First, you will be guided through the registration process, and then the entry (synopsis + supporting materials) and payment process.

■ Type of organization (corporation, agency, network, etc.)
■ Nominee’s email address (we will not contact them until the results are publicly announced)
■ Nominee’s phone number
■ Nominee’s headshot/photo (optional but encouraged)
■ Any attachments you wish to upload (optional)
1. Why should the nominee be included in Cynopsis Media’s Top Women in Digital list? (100 words max)
2. List three campaigns or initiatives created or led by the nominee between January 1, 2016 – January 1, 2017. Include each campaign’s goal, the nominee’s role in the campaign and measures of success (200 words max per campaign).
3. How has the nominee’s influence in Digital extended beyond her own organization? (100 words max).
4. Please provide 3 words to describe this nominee.
5. Have you worked professionally with the nominee and, if so, in what capacity? (100 words max)
For the person submitting the nomination, please include the following information:

Supporting materials should show evidence of the success of your work. Examples Include:
Web sites/URLs * ROI Stats * Media Coverage * Photos * Research Documents * Screenshots * Testimonials * Videos * Web Stats. For videos, please upload the raw file (mov, wma or mp4) or provide a link to the content to be viewed (youtube, vimeo, company’s website or another video sharing platform).
Those with the smarts, maturity, and poise that give them the potential to be one of the next generation’s leaders. They may be early in their careers, but bring amazing energy and creativity to their work.
All entries must be submitted online by January 10, 2017 at 11:59pm EST. Entries submitted between January 11 and January 26, 2017, will automatically incur a $225 late fee, per entry. Finalists will be notified mid-February and honored on March 21, 2017 in New York City.
The price of each primary entry is $375. If you are submitting a secondary entry for the same person into two or more categories, the price drops to $199 for each additional entry. Please note, the content for any tagged entries at the reduced rate will need to be the same as the original entry. Payment in full must accompany the entry and is not refundable.
There is a late entry surcharge of $225 per entry beginning January 11, 2017.
Once your entry is submitted and paid for, you will be emailed a receipt confirming the payment. The receipt includes payment date, amount and card number. You can also download a full Invoice that has all the entries paid for listed on it.
