“Kim Beauvais’ leadership and business acumen have been the driving force behind several industry-leading initiatives at BTN, including establishing the Student U program — which produces over 1,000 events and cultivates real world experience for over 500 students per year — and the creation and operational execution of BTN N.O.W, a boot camp-type training program for technicians looking to gain skills and prove themselves in hopes of a career in broadcast. She has changed the way television networks work with educational institutions and improved the way BTN works with each Big Ten university.”
