Tiffany Francis leads the charge to foster a world class and progressive workplace for employees at Zenith. Over the past five years, she led the effort to enhance Zenith’s online performance appraisal system, improving the quality and quantity of feedback that employees receive. Her efforts and leadership made it possible for Zenith to achieve a perfect score from the Human Rights Council. This success led to Tiffany being chosen to attend the Odyssey Network Conference, which focuses on connecting and empowering influential multicultural women around the world within the advertising industry.
