Data scientists are in demand everywhere. Mindshare created a new kind of talent initiative, eight-week Data Bytes, that is grooming the next generation of math men and women. They recruit university students across the U.S. to get educated specifically on Marketing Sciences and real, hands-on data analysis for a continually evolving part of marketing. Having just wrapped up its third year, the program has been an outstanding success, continues to grow, and has opened fresh talent’s eyes to career paths they wouldn’t have considered otherwise.
