UpStartU

UpstartU is a grassroots effort in collaboration with NYU School of Professional Studies through which employees learn how to think like a start-up, pitch an idea like a pro, and pivot quickly when things go wrong. Throughout the course, students utilize their intrapreneurial skills by working on a business plan/project to address a need at the agency. UpStartU helps participants find new ways to approach their everyday work -– whether that be a new internal invention for the company or a fresh and creative way to approach campaigns for clients.
