Megan Blood

In addition to Megan Blood’s day-to-day responsibilities as HR manager at Hasbro on the Global Marketing and Development team, she volunteered to manage Hasbro’s Marketing rotational program. Each spring, Hasbro selects four recent MBA graduates to complete a 12-month program during which time they rotate through Hasbro’s marketing organization. The goal of the program is to develop our marketing leaders and offer broadening experiences around our brand blueprint. She is instrumental in shaping these young leaders and putting them on the right career path.
