As Manager, Programming of Logo, Michael DiMattesa quickly regrouped following the June 12 shooting in Orlando, tore apart previous plans, and worked for two weeks thereafter managing the network’s on-air response to the massacre. Michael was the reason behind running the victims’ names at least once per hour on air. He also came up with the idea of running continuous episodes of Will & Grace, a show that celebrates being out and proud.
