As Senior Coordinator, Programming, at BET Networks, Jessica Garcia implemented real time changes on the network and collaborated to train staff from other channels on how to make day of changes to daily logs in the aftermath of the deaths of Prince and Muhammad Ali. When the company migrated from SIMS Scheduling Software to PTS, Jessica spearheaded the cleanup of the new system and has created multiple documents to track all assets and ensure BET has all pertinent information for air.
