PREPARING FOR YOUR SESSION
Presentations are due to Carley Ashley – no later than COB Friday, March 7, 2025. Please add your presentation here, in addition to your video files. Please save your presentation in the correct folder (Day 1 vs Day 2) formatted as follows: “Last name_Session Title_“
IMPORTANT:
- Please format your presentation (including any videos) to an aspect ratio of 16:9 (pixel ratio 1920 x 1080).
- PowerPoint is the preferred format and if submitted in another program, will be converted to a PowerPoint.
- If you have any video or other animations embedded in your presentation, please submit those files separately when providing the final presentation to [email protected] by March 7, 2025.
- We kindly ask that you also provide any font packages for non-standard fonts that may be used in your presentation.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are participating in a panel or fireside conversation you do not need to submit any slides.

ONSITE CHECK-IN DETAILS
While we hope you will attend and enjoy the whole conference, please make sure you arrive at the venue 45 minutes before your session and check in at the Speaker’s Desk in the registration foyer. If we have not seen you by that time, we’ll phone you to make sure all is okay! We ask that you check in at your session room (go to the AV tech table in the back of the room) 20 minutes before your session begins to get your microphone and confirm all AV prior to your session kicking off.
