THE ROLE: Integrated Sales Planner
This position will assist sales staff in their efforts to maximize the advertising revenue for A+E Networks by creating plans and integrated proposals, stewarding accounts and supporting the Account Executives (AEs) with proposals and deal inventory management. Although ISPs will work on specific clients and with specific AEs, we expect collaborative work environment where everyone pitches in to assist their peers and entire department. Excel and Operative for digital
PGT and WO for linear- ensure right deal classification, U/S and deal year is marked
Plan Revisions- including options and expansions
Inventory inquires- sellouts, programming premieres/number of episodes
Pricing with VP and Revenue Managers (RM)
360 plans/marketing opportunities
Negotiate digital I/O terms with VP and AE
Ensure plans are approved
Plans are booked in Wide Orbit (linear) and Operative (digital)
Transition contracted digital campaigns to post sales teams via kick off emails/calls
Steward all guaranteed deals – linking deals (linear)
Post buy reports (linear)
Send recap packages as needed and directed by AE and RM
Collect all elements of plan from agency:
BB copy, logos for linear
Tags for digital

Marquee Sports Network seeks a natural born storyteller who can engage consumers and illuminate the content we’ll deliver for fans beginning in February 2020. The Manager, On-Air Promotion and Marketing is a team player who will ideate and execute year-long campaigns, write, produce and edit all topical on-air promotions, branded content, sizzle videos and more. This person will work collaboratively with Marketing, Production, Digital and Social teams as well as assist with Sales requests and advertiser partnerships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner across Marquee Sports Network Marketing and Content ecosystem to fully understand and appreciate the nuances of each programming offering.
Contribute as a teammate in organizational brainstorms and ideation.
Write, produce and edit Marquee Sports Network video campaigns ranging from season-long story arcs to daily topical promos, network image spots and episodic promotion for other Marquee Sports Network programming.
Conceptualize and envision an entire shoot from planning, art and crew needs, securing legal documentation, etc.
Expert ability to direct and coordinate multicamera shoots with multiple subjects as well as have a strong understanding of audio, camera, and lighting techniques
Supervise and direct voiceover sessions; remaining informed of video production trends; and directing promotional shoots, as necessary.
Work directly with talent, ensuring proper communication to ensure shoot expectations and goals are met
Maintain a current knowledge of area collegiate and professional sports; demonstrate baseball knowledge and passion.
Manage production paperwork including shoot reports and music reporting, legal guidelines, keeping in mind journalistic standards and best practices.
Take and deliver feedback constructively, and contribute to an environment of communication and accountability
Be creatively ambitious, willing to take risks and have fun.
5+ years of on-air promotions experience with portfolio of video content that demonstrates creative ability
Proven track record of producing original content across all platforms on a deadline
Expert eye for the promotional hook, knack for understanding what engages consumers
Deep experience writing compelling scripts for daily game spots that appeal to a wide-ranging audience demographic and are inclusive of multi-platform objectives
Ability to conceptualize and manage content through the various stages of execution, to include: Research/ Writing/ Producing/ Post and Voiceover direction.
Experience leveraging graphics package and customizing throughout the year for unique creative output
Comfort and command when working with talent and athletes on creative endeavors
Expertise selecting music tracks from production music libraries or commercial artists/publishers
Experience with Avid Editing, Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects, Photoshop and Premiere is preferred
Familiarity with various camera forms.
Willingness to work in a fluid and fast-paced promotions environment, where daily revisions are commonplace due to team/player developments
Excellent communications & ability to work closely with others on several projects at once
Strong editorial judgment

AD SALES MARKETING DIRECTOR
Location: New York, Chicago or Denver
The Ad Sales Marketing Director (MD) manages the creation and development of advertising sales programs and materials across 15 print publications, 19 websites and multiple social platforms. The MD is responsible for creating and building integrated marketing proposals, culling research, brainstorming ideas and strategies and developing client-facing materials.
In conjunction with the team leads and planning, the MD also develops and maintains initial project plans and subsequent updates for larger scope multi-media advertising programs which include television, print, digital and social elements. Based on project objectives and deliverables, the MD manages and/or develops presentations and pitch materials.
The MD supports and develops new growth and revenue opportunities for OSG by providing insight and best practices for print, digital and social sources.
The MD reports to EVP, Advertising Sales, and works closely with Ad Sales, Digital and Social departments and all print Publishers and Editors.
Job responsibilities will include:
Traditional Media – Work side-by-side with Ad Sales, Research and Publishers to develop and update endemic, non-endemic and brand proposal materials (e.g. media kits, upfront presentations, various new and renewable programs and national sales conference presentations).
Work with print brands and Research, utilize primary and third-party research to address advertiser needs and deliver effective solutions.
Provide Marketing ideas to enhance and/or tailor a program.
Digital Media – Work with Digital and Social departments to create and develop go-to-market sales and supporting research materials.
Collaborate with Digital and Social leads and Ad Sales team for larger campaign re-caps and renewal/upsell strategies and opportunities.
Create and provide planning and project management as needed.
Proactively investigate trends for new revenue opportunities.
Multi-Media – Collaborate with various OSG departments to build and execute robust cross-platform sales programs, tent pole and sponsorship opportunities.
Create comprehensive master plan(s) at various spend levels.
Work with stakeholders to agree to deliverables and pricing.
Ensure client-facing sales materials and plans are in-line with program offerings.
Marketing Solutions – Create and maintain KSE Ad Sales Marketing SharePoint files for all relevant employees to view ongoing and final Ad Sales, Marketing and Research materials that support Ad Sales marketing initiatives.
