This amazing entry level position working behind the scenes of a TV/VOD network is a once in a life opportunity for an entry level person. You will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to provide support to the Traffic (think Ad Sales) Department. The majority of this role will focus on metadata entry and must have strong attention to detail. This role will also assist team members with projects and serve as an idea source during team meetings. If you have Media Traffic background- great!
WHAT YOU WOULD DO AT WORK
- Assist with promo and graphic scheduling
- Sorts Department Inbox
- Help with metadata entry for promos, graphics, and commercial spots
- Traffic copy entry
- Run promo inventory reports
- Communicates with master control, sales, creative services department in reference to information on commercial spots and traffic instructions
- Maintains copy filing system and purges expired copy instructions as needed
- Support Traffic Department
- Performs other duties as assigned
