Military and Federal Account Director

Job Summary:   Work Remote. Military and Federal Account Director is responsible for identifying brands and agencies within the Washington DC area that wish to connect with the Military and Federal audience through strategic media plans. This individual should be experienced in the Military/Federal industry and with acquiring new business, entrepreneurial, innovative and a sales results driven.

Primary Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Prospect qualified leads and pursue new business by presenting to clients and agencies in live meetings and phone calls
  • Research information on decision makers
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations in a professional and effective manner
  • Participate in “brain storming” sessions with applicable internal stakeholders to achieve creative client solutions
  • Comply with weekly activity/call reports by utilizing CRM. Report on lost business and provide a monthly sales forecast
  • Maintains up-to-date awareness of company activities, brand trends, and industry trends
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue goals
  • Supply client with research and data and relevant marketing materials
  • Complete client need analysis to ensure media proposals meet client’s goals and objectives
  • Internally cultivate relationships, remove barriers and participate in problem solving
  • Perform other related work as required
