Marketing Manager


We have an exciting opportunity for a creative, ambitious and environmentally-friendly team member with a passion for marketing who wants to make a positive impact on a growing brand. EarthX is searching for a Marketing Manager who will play a key role in managing consumer marketing for EarthX and EarthxTV initiatives, with the overall goal of raising brand awareness, increasing audience and viewership, and maintaining valuable relationships. Some key responsibilities include strategic marketing campaign development and management executed with skill and flair. This includes owning and growing internal and external relationships that foster brand-building opportunities for key franchise series/programs, events, etc. This role relies heavily on strategy planning that builds sound marketing plans and flawless execution. This pro-active person will help shape the voice of EarthX and EarthxTV to the outside world and has the ability to work well a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities for Marketing Manager

Marketing & Advertising

  • Manage all aspects of consumer advertising and marketing development for all EarthX properties with the goal of building audience viewership, attendance or any other identified success metric and reinforce core brand attributes. This will happen in coordination with the Director of Marketing and Communications and the SVP of Marketing
  • Campaign leader on assigned projects and initiatives. It will include the development of marketing/creative briefs, managing the execution of campaigns and marketing/communications assets across a wide range of counterparts with cross functional departments including but not limited to creative, production, programming, etc.
  • Execute marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plans
  • Ability to blend the science of strategy and the art of creative to effectively create campaigns with impact and the goal of moving the needle
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives and KPIs
  • Manage marketing projects as assigned to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal assets and processes
  • Manage creation and production of marketing collateral to support organizational iniatives in conjunction with internal creative teams and others
  • Execute the process of branding elements of marketing assets and collateral, in coordination with counterparts on the creative team the extended marketing dept
  • Assist in writing copy for external and internal marketing emails and any other communication pieces, as needed
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams and agencies to ensure assets are developed to spec, on time and are in sync with EarthX brand guidelines
  • Coordination of marketing materials needed for EarthX events
  • Assist the Director of Marketing and Communications with partner agencies to secure materials, information, approvals, budgets, timelines, objectives, goals for marketing communications needs, especially advertising and media relations


  • Manage fulfillment of sponsor & partner marketing assets and materials and able to coordinate project summaries needed for advertising, social media, collateral, website, etc.
  • Abreast of trends in the marketplace with advertisers
  • Coordinate partnership development and execution
  • Identify and champion strategic cross-dept and cross-business unit marketing tie-in efforts for maximum positive brand impact and marketplace visibility
