Director of Sales


The Director of Sales is responsible for year over year growth of our advertising sales projections. This position will source, create, and maintain relationships, as well as execute contracts for our Linear/Cable/VOD networks. Management of the pre and post sales process will be executed against a yearly goal. Use of qualitative sales packaging and the drive to meet/exceed sales goals is a top priority.



·         Manage a book of business while supporting the SVP of Sales with bringing in new business and establishing agency partnerships

·         Utilize consultative selling techniques while creating awareness to our growing media network

·         Generate revenue and strive to exceed target quota by practicing consultative selling techniques

·         Utilize existing networks & intelligence tools to identify & contact prospective brand and agency contacts

·         Offer smart client research, trends & ideas (i.e. valid business reasons) to drive interest & cultivate relationships

·         Own a room (even virtually) – present dynamically and instill confidence to challenge our clients in a kind, smart and creative way to ensure we are doing what is best for both businesses long-term

·         Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend performance enhancements

·         Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Affiliate Distribution and Programming) to ensure a seamless experience for new and existing customers

·         Track outreach & sales activity pipeline

·         Perform other duties as assigned
