Director, Brand Partnerships

Omnia Media is looking for a Director, Brand Partnerships to sell a portfolio of social and digital ad products, including custom branded content, video sponsorships, programmatic inventory and influencer marketing. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong experience in branded content sales, particularly in YouTube, OTT, and other digital platforms. The Director should have a strong grasp of video games, gaming culture, and digital with a passion for developing client and agency relationships while generating new business and hitting sales goals. Location can be Los Angeles or New York.
Responsibilities:
• Develop a sales strategy for an account list to generate revenue through direct sales to brands and agencies, including incoming RFP’s from existing clients.
• Prospect, qualify and close new sales accounts.
• Drive weekly pipeline development through qualified weekly meetings in the field with key clients and decision-makers.
• Personally build and maintain deep relationships with key advertisers (heavy focus on brand/clients and agencies).
• Identify and close strategic integrated partnerships driven by any combination of Omnia products including digital media, branded content, influencer marketing, sponsorship, and podcast.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales performance targets for Omnia’s owned and operated properties, including BCC Gaming, Arcade Cloud and Wisecrack
• Shape the evolution of branded content and overall sales approach solutions, positioning, pricing to address client needs in this fast-moving space.
