Role Summary

CLG is looking for someone to lead the CLG digital marketing team, with a focus on digital content and social media. This person will be responsible for creating and executing the CLG digital and content strategy across all social/streaming platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Discord, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, etc.

They will be responsible for handling the voice of the brand and ensuring it shows up digital and social platforms.

This person will also manage content creation to support partnerships, merchandise and community events.

Specific Functions/Activities Summary Set the digital strategy and roadmap to deliver on business, marketing and partnership priorities

Develop content and channel strategies and identify strategic opportunities aimed at growing audiences and increasing engagement

Develop opportunities to monetize CLG content Manage CLG’s Twitch channels and comprehensive streaming strategy, inclusive of oversight of day-to-day management of streamers

Establish overall voice and look of the brand and ensure consistency in tone and language across all platforms

Develop digital content ideas that work across platforms to tell brand stories for CLG partners

Manage year-round editorial calendars, and oversee day-to-day digital marketing operations

Work closely with analytics team to review performance and create new strategies to build our fan base and increase engagement across all platforms

Oversee all CLG related content across all digital touch-points, including social media, website, live community events, etc.

Collaborate with other CLG departments (team operations, streaming, events, etc.) to develop and promote CLG initiatives
