AI Driven Ad-driven Personalization Boosts Performance By +160%. Here's Proof.

MMA Global’s Consortium for AI Personalization (CAP) delivers compelling evidence on how AI-driven personalization can significantly enhance marketing performance. Through rigorous, real-world experiments with brands such as Kroger, ADT, General Motors, Shell, Progressive, AT&T, and Major League Baseball, CAP observed performance gains exceeding 160% on average, with some cases reaching up to 270%  (that was against sales).

This session will delve into the methodologies and insights from these studies, highlighting how AI personalization outperforms traditional approaches. Attendees will gain an understanding of the experimental designs, key findings, and practical applications of AI in advertising. The discussion will also cover the challenges faced during implementation and strategies to overcome them, providing a comprehensive view of how AI personalization drives measurable impact in real-world scenarios.

Note, MMA is a non profit for the greater good of marketers.

Watch. Want. Buy: The Promise of Shoppable TV

Television isn't a full-fledged digital storefront yet – but it’s getting there. From NBCU’s Checkout to Warner Bros. Discovery’s Shop with Max formats, and The CW’s collaboration with ShopsenseAI to make live sports shoppable, AI-powered tools are rapidly paving a shortened path from discovery to purchase. Still, for audiences to fully embrace shoppable TV, the experience must be intuitive and frictionless—and supported by strong data standards. This session explores what it takes to transform television into a seamless, scalable shopping platform.

Rethinking Measurement for the AI Era

Measurement has lost its way. It is not a KPI – measurement sits on a spectrum with a series of variables to assess. One thing it was never designed for is the plurality of consumer identities.

Which means measurement is a story waiting to be told – but first, the industry needs to confront some hard truths. Brands have allowed Potential Reach to become industry currency, while the consumer was almost eliminated from the conversation. Now we sit at the dawn of the AI era, and marketing still lacks modern measurement ideologies. As AI and its respective “agents” usher in a disruptive way of thinking, we’ll explore how measurement must evolve.
