The Executive Director, IT Operations, provides leadership and guidance for Game Show Network’s Enterprise computing environment. This includes development, implementation, maintenance, and support of on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure systems and applications. This includes servers, storage, networking, monitoring systems, security systems, and enterprise applications. Providing direction and guidance to the infrastructure and application development/support teams is crucial in creating a service-first mindset in all team members.
Technology duties include:
Enterprise Applications – Design, recommend, implement, and support software programs, including policies and procedures. Assist with the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications and solutions
Application Development – Lead the in-house/external development teams in building/modifying current and new computing systems utilizing project management processes, documentation and reporting
Application Infrastructure Support – Provide technical expertise In maintaining current and future application Infrastructure servers Including web servers, Microsoft SQL Servers, etc.
Help Desk – Work with the Director, IT Client Services to ensure proper configuration and deployment of both enterprise and localized applications for all end-users
Infrastructure – Develop, Implement, and ensure best-practice infrastructure maintenance programs are in place and utilized. Team with Sr. Systems Engineers to manage storage, server, and other infrastructure maintenance projects and daily tasks including server patching, backups and recovery, and other related systems. Work with Sr. Systems Engineers with managing our Microsoft Office 365 & Azure tenants Including user provisioning/de-provisioning, security and cloud-based application management.
Web Site / Mobile App Liaison – Act as the liaison between Information Technology and other departments building and maintaining external web sites and mobile apps. Offering assistance and guidance in support of their efforts to create and maintain better partnerships.
Audit Management – Manage the annual SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002) Compliance audit Including documentation, audit testing, and reporting.
Act as backup for the help desk team on tickets as necessary
Managerial duties include:
Oversee daily infrastructure and application support operations including team schedules, PTO, reviews and daily working assignments
Assist VP, IT with:
Budget development and expense tracking
Vendor selection and management
Managing all contracts and renewals
Create and maintain close relationships with departments to ensure better service and selection of appropriate computing solutions
Mentor team members and provide training and learning opportunities when available
Professional duties include:
Interact with all levels of management and employees professionally, treating all personal and company information, either seen or heard, as confidential, both inside and out of the company
Ensure timely approval of employee timecards and PTO requests
Work with other members of our staff on projects and issues to ensure accurate and timely delivery and availability of information assets for the Game Show Network community and mitigate the loss of productivity due to system downtime.
Other tasks and responsibilities may be added as necessary from time to time to ensure a safe, clean, and proper operation of all IT systems.
Required Minimum: The ideal candidate will have:
10+ years of Information technology experience in a corporate environment supporting a medium to large user-base; broadcast/cable industry preferred
Five or more years' experience in a technology management role supervising technical staff
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with a strong work ethic
Strong analytical skills and flawless attention to detail
Proficiency in computer hardware & software troubleshooting, repair and deployment including PC and Macintosh system hardware
Proficiency in major operating systems including Windows 7, Windows 10, Mac OS and Server 2008/2012
Proficiency with Active Directory Users & Computers management
Experienced working with video conferencing software such as Blue Jeans, WebEx, GoToMeeting, etc.
Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and other television edit system applications
Preferred if: Agile/Scrum Certified, Microsoft Azure/Office 365 management and Amazon AWS - Storage Gateway/S3 Bucket management
Required Minimum: BA/BS Degree in Business Administration or Computer Information Systems

THE ROLE: Business Analyst, International and Digital Solutions
The Business Analyst, International and Digital Solutions is a high visibility, client-facing role that requires you to be able to communicate with our business partners in their language to understand their operational technology and related strategic needs. The Business Analyst will need to have a broad view of all systems, process and business functions that interface with one another across International business function as well as those outside of this ecosystem that are impacting. This is a leadership and service-oriented position which requires someone who can get the job done no matter what obstacles are encountered. It is part project manager, part business analyst, part product manager and part intrapreneur.

5 years working with applications and technology solutions that are vendor supported and custom developed, as well as have experience with implementations of medium-large scale projects.
