Which school hooked the licensing crown?

The Collegiate Licensing Company, the licensing affiliate of IMG College, revealed its annual list of top-selling institutions and manufacturers via royalties reported July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014 on all collegiate merchandise sold on behalf of CLC-represented institutions. Overall, the retail marketplace for college-licensed merchandise in 2013 was estimated at $4.59 billion. For the ninth consecutive year, the University of Texas at Austin ranked No. 1 atop the rankings, with Alabama, Michigan, Notre Dame and Georgia rounding out the top five. Meanwhile, the Top-5 Non-Apparel Licensees finished with EA Sports at the top, followed by Wilson Sporting Goods, Rawlings Sporting Goods, Tervis Tumbler Company and Commemorative Brands dba Balfour.
