Nicolle Pangis is Global Chief Operating Officer for Xaxis where she oversees business operations, human resources, strategic partnerships, product management, and technology development across Xaxis’ 40 plus markets in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America.
Previously, Nicolle was Global Chief Revenue Officer for Xaxis where she was responsible for the global P&L, inclusive of media buying and planning, direct sales, agency sales and platform licensing business. As Global CRO she also played an instrumental role in the strategic transaction involving the acquisition of the Xaxis for Publishers business by AppNexus.
Prior to Xaxis, Nicolle was President of Real Media Group, a business unit of 24/7 Media, WPP Digital’s marketing technology company. In this role, she led all business operations in North America and Europe, including media and technology sales and operations.
Nicolle began her career at 24/7 Media as an Account Executive, advancing to the role of Director of Strategic Initiatives, North America. She was next promoted to Director of Global Deployment and Business Integration, where she oversaw all global projects and joint venture expansions. Nicolle served as VP, SVP, and EVP, Global Media and Technology Product Management with responsibility for the overall health and growth of the global media and technology businesses. In this role she led the launch of five new versions of 24/7 Open AdStream, numerous partnership agreements and integrations, and the launch of the company’s real-time bidding capabilities.
Nicolle holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Boston University and an MBA in Strategic Management and Marketing from Rutgers Business School. She served as an author and co-chair for the review and enforcement of the IAB Network and Exchanges Guidelines, and is a frequent speaker at industry events. Nicolle has been recognized as an industry leader, being named to Ad Age’s 40 Under 40 list in 2015 as well as receiving the 2015 Working Mother of the Year Award by Working Mother Media and Advertising Women of New York. She is an active supporter of the Step Up Network, an Executive Member of AWNY and serves in the AWNY mentorship program and nominating committee.
