VP, Brand Marketing

 Pointsbet is a sportsbook with a difference. We are known for innovation in the sports betting space and across all areas of our business. Following our successful 2017 launch into the ultra-competitive online wagering environment in Australia, Pointsbet has entered the newly formed US market, having launched in Mid-January 2019.

 We are seeking a VP of Brand Marketing to create, implement, and innovate impactful brand campaigns across advertising, content, PR, and more. The position will join a growing, fast-paced team, and is a critical role that will help elevate the company into even new heights.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·       Developing the core messaging, tone, and ultimately, DNA of the PointsBet brand

·       Crafting all brand campaign initiatives with the goal of increasing awareness, generating trust, and creating new customers

·       Working with creative teams to bring brand campaigns to life across assets in TV, Digital, Print, Radio, and more

·       Deploying unique strategies that elevate our brand in a growing competitive marketplace

·       Coordinating campaigns across paid, owned, and earned that introduce the PointsBet brand to new customers and strengthens our relationship with existing ones

·       Owning all brand ambassador relationships including both managing existing ones and sourcing great new candidates

·       Collaborating with Media teams to deploy above the line branding campaigns in targeted regional markets

·       Working with Content and PR teams to maximize coverage, share of voice, and sentiment of PointsBet in market

·       Take the lead on finding, evaluating, and negotiating strategic partnerships that enhance the PointsBet brand and exceed KPIs

·       Developing and optimizing consumer profiles, personas, and target audiences Pointsbet should message to
