Talent Coordinator

The talent coordinator will be supporting the bi-costal Talent Team for Paramount Network, TV Land and Comedy Central. The coordinator is responsible for booking, managing, updating and maintaining travel and itineraries for on-air network talent across the three channels. They will provide support for submitting invoices, compiling receipts, and completing expense reports. On the ground support at events and shoots, including evenings and weekends, along with travel may be required. An interest in celebrity and pop culture is a must and will be a great asset in contributing to the ever evolving landscape of the media industry as we keep our networks fresh of new ideas and talent.  They will have the opportunity to work and collaborate with many other departments including social, press, production and marketing.

A desire to work within a TV network talent team
·         Knowledge and understanding of pop culture and current media trends
·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·         Excellent organization and attention to detail
·         Excellent research skills
·         Mature interpersonal skills
·         Support for the work set by Manager, Director, and the SVP, Talent and any large department projects
·         Problem solver who can collaborate within the Network departments
·         Creativity and ability to put forward ideas for the department
·         Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
·         Experience and ability to process payment administration
–          Experience with Ariba system a plus
·         Ability to curate written communication to support business goals
