Sales Planner

Ovation is currently searching for a Sales Planner to join the Advertising Sales Team based in New York.  This person will work closely with the Account Executives and Pricing & Planning team to maximize revenue.

Sales Planner Responsibilities

  • Daily account maintenance for numerous advertisers, including coordinating brand allocations with client.
  • Develop and revise Upfront/Scatter proposals based on RFPs.
  • Track delivery and distribute ADU packages.
  • Work closely with the traffic department to resolve any scheduling conflicts.
  • Handle and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Consult with account executives regarding added value.
