Ovation is currently searching for a Sales Planner to join the Advertising Sales Team based in New York. This person will work closely with the Account Executives and Pricing & Planning team to maximize revenue.
Sales Planner Responsibilities
- Daily account maintenance for numerous advertisers, including coordinating brand allocations with client.
- Develop and revise Upfront/Scatter proposals based on RFPs.
- Track delivery and distribute ADU packages.
- Work closely with the traffic department to resolve any scheduling conflicts.
- Handle and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Consult with account executives regarding added value.
