Sales-Marketing Coordinator

·       Excellent writing skills a must

·       Create marketing materials including letters, sales decks  and promotional materials

·       Maintains working knowledge of client’s businesses so that we are on top of new agency clients as well as established clients

·       Manage proposal request inquiries using the proprietary ATN planning software

·       Maintain client relationships and process requests including inputting orders and traffic instructions in ATN software in addition to any schedule or traffic revisions

·       Research and target new advertisers and agencies

·       Monitor all forms of media to target new potential advertisers for ATN

·       Organize sales efforts to track targets and new advertisers in CRM software

·       Manage new client set ups and credit applications

·       Maintain sales records to assist with monthly billing, reconciliation, and other financial reporting

·       Distribute weekly post log reporting to clients

·       Provide internal weekly budget reports

·       Analyze and report average weekly clearances and projections of sales revenue by month, quarter and year

·       Gather relevant materials and assemble client presentations for VP of Media Sales

·       Track commission payments for accuracy and payment

·       Process expense reports

·       Create and insert spreadsheets inside of sales decks

·       Maintain website by keeping content updated and fresh

·       Use Twitter, LinkedIn and other social media to provide relevant information that will reflect ATN in a positive light to generate new business

·       Organize research and competitive information

·       Collecting/assembling/analyzing industry information, presentations prior to client meetings as well as keeping trends on cable, broadcast, online and radio so as to promote ATN platforms

·       Assist Sales with outreach marketing campaigns
