Friday Fun Fact:  Spiders never spin webs in structures made of chestnut wood

Answer to Yesterday’s Trivia:  Introduced by Hasbro in 1983, this toy was the basis of animated television specials and a series.  The toys are very colorful, and have symbols on their haunches, which is how they get their individual names. What toy is this?   MY LITTLE PONY  Kudos to: Emily Brenner-HarperCollins/NY; Meredith Rusu-Disney Press/NY; Meredith Wayne-CoxReps/NY; Caitlin Kelley-Nickelodeon/NY; Alex Dale-Momentum Talent & Literary Agency/Beverly Hills; Sari Rappaport-The Hub/Burbank; Shira Abel-Aniboom/Tel Aviv; Elize Morgan-Slainte Pictures/Toronto; Justina Chong/Toronto

Today’s Trivia Question:  While this toy may have been marketed to little mothers, their brothers enjoyed the fruits of their labors too!  First introduced in 1963 by Kenner, and looked like a miniature of the real thing.   Over the years the look changed a bit. While there was one recall in 2007, the toy is still on the market and selling quite well.  What is it?       (Email with your answer and be sure to include your name, company, city and time zone. Unofficial rules: Only the second four correct answers from each time zone will be mentioned; and once you’ve been mentioned in any of the Cynopsis editions, you can’t be mentioned again that calendar week.)
