If it is true that Cynopsis has as readers a huge number of Emmy voters, then hopefully my message will get to the powers that be at the Television Academy and possibly move the needle a bit so they don't make the same mistake next year...

It is an absolute slap in the face to Reality Hosts (for the record, I am NOT one of them) to be bumped from the Emmy telecast. That is equivalent to bumping the leading actor of a show up for outstanding drama...these reality shows are killing the ratings compared to the scripted, when are they going to be respected as such? Many of these reality hosts, if not all, play a hand in producing the shows, they aren't just some pretty face in front of the camera. It is ridiculous to treat them as an "extra".
