Astralis Downs NOCCO Deal

After laying claim to the crown at ELEAGUE CS:GO Premier 2018, Astralis followed up with a new partnership in tow.

The team announced a partnership with the makers of fitness drink NOCCO, which will now incorporate Astralis into its group of NOCCO Ambassadors, which now include the Swedish national ice hockey team, NFL pro Andreas Knappe and the two Olympic swimmers Michelle Coleman and gold medalist Pernille Blume.

“Just like in any traditional sport, we focus on improving the performance of the individual players and of the team as a group. We invest significantly in facilities, training methods, data analytics, the mental set-up and improving the individual player’s physical condition without compromising the nature of esports,” said Kasper Hvidt, Director of Sports, RFRSH, representing Astralis. “The physical condition of a player decides how focused he or she can remain under hours of pressure, and it can decide who wins and who loses games.”

NOCCO is a functional drink, “combining taste, vitamins, caffeine and amino acids for the athlete who has an extreme focus on performance.”
