Bravo Media inked a three-year, multi-tiered deal with Andy Cohen that extends through 2020. The pact includes three more years of Cohen as host and EP of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen; a renewed look development deal with Cohen’s production company, Most Talkative; and his continuing as EP of the Real Housewives franchise.

The 51^st Annual CMA Awards, hosted by Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley, walked the line between celebration and commemoration on Wednesday night. Departed stars like Glen Campbell and Troy Gentry (half of duo Montgomery Gentry) were honored, while Garth Brooks won Entertainer of the Year for a record-extending sixth time. Other winners included: Keith Urban for Single of the Year (Blue Ain’t Your Color), Chris Stapleton for Album of the Year (From A Room: Volume 1), Taylor Swift for Song of the Year (Better Man) and Miranda Lambert and Chris Stapleton for Female and Male Vocalist of the Year, respectively.

P!NK is slated to up her commitment to performance art with a fearless rendition of the title track from her Beautiful Trauma album at the 2017 American Music Awards. The ceremony will be broadcast live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday, November 19 at 8p on ABC.

Anthony Anderson will be back to host the 49^th NAACP Image Awards, airing live Monday, January 15 on TV One. The black-ish star also hosted the 47^th and 48^th annual awards show.

In anticipation of TNT’s psychological thriller, The Alienist, based on Caleb Carr’s international bestseller, Random House is re-releasing the novel. Series bows Monday, January 22 at 9p.

The National Association of Television Program Executives selected Tony Vinciquerra, Chairman and CEO, Sony Pictures Entertainment, and Soledad O’Brien, host of Hearst Television’s Matter of Fact, to headline NATPE Miami with a keynote conversation on Wednesday, January 17. The focus will be A Changing Industry in a Changing World. The annual marketplace and conference is being held at the Fontainebleau and Eden Roc Miami Beach Resorts.

Hollywood Radio and Television Society is hosting a special Spotlight Dinner presented by HRTS’ Unscripted Content Group focusing on how to prevent and address sexual harassment in production on Monday, December 4 at The Beverly Wilshire Hotel. RFD-TV News announced that Rural Tractor Brigade, which was organized as part of a continuing effort to “reconnect city with country,” was awarded a 2017 Cablefax Award for “Best Branded Content.”

MTV ordered Amazingness, an irreverent variety and talent competition hosted by Rob Dyrdek alongside a star-studded panel of judges, including Eddie Huang, Krystal Bee and Chris “Drama” Pfaff. The net also ordered new episodes of Ridiculousness for its milestone tenth season.

Netflix greenlit a game show that’s a blend of Jackass and Wipeout from Sony Pictures Television-backed Stellify Media. Flinch (wt) features contestants’ attempt to withstand pain and discomfort in a series of hilarious games to make them scared.

The CW gave a full season order to seductive drama, Dynasty. Series airs Wednesdays at 9p.

Bet Networks ordered Black Card Revoked hosted by actor/comedian Tony Rock. The nostalgia game show, based on the popular party game, will offer a lighthearted test of pop culture, entertainment, historical facts and politics from an African American perspective.

Oxygen Media debuts the sophomore season of Homicide for the Holidays on Saturday, November 25 at 6p.

The Detour returns to TBS for its third season on Tuesday, January 23 at 10p.

Season 2 of HBO’s pot comedy High Maintenance premieres Friday, January 19 at 11p.

Complex x Fuse bows Friday, November 10 at 11p. The new weekly block features athletes and celebrities eating killer food, answering burning questions and revealing the secrets behind the hottest kicks.

COMING UP

20/20 follows the inspirational story of Nathaniel Newman and his inspirational family on Friday, November 17 at 10p on ABC. Born with a rare cranio-facial condition called Treacher Collins Syndrome, Nathaniel has been called the real-life story of a character from the upcoming movie, Wonder.

Lifetime released its guide to “all things festive.” It features a big block of original Christmas movies, like My Christmas Prince on Sunday, December 3 at 8p, and Snowed Inn Christmas

on Saturday, December 16 at 8p; as well as unscripted programming, like Little Women: LA: A Little Festive on December 13 at 8p, and Married at First Sight: Holiday Game Night on Tuesday, December 26 at 9p.

ABC kicks off the holiday season with The Wonderful World of Disney: Magical Holiday celebration airing Thursday, November 30 at 9p.

I Love Lucy Christmas Special airs Friday, December 22 at 8p on CBS. The new one-hour special features back-to-back colorized episodes of the classic series. Immediately following, The Dick Van Dyke Show – Now in Living Color!, a one-hour special with two colorized back-to-back episodes, airs at 9p.

CASTING

Dan Bucatinsky, who played Neil in the original Will & Grace, is reprising the role in an upcoming guest spot. Also appearing in the same episode of the NBC series are Matthew Letscher, Andy Favreau and Barry Bostwick.

Syfy set the full cast for Deadly Class, the pilot based on the graphic novel of the same name by Rick Remender and West Craig. Most notably, British actor Benedict Wong will play Master Lin, headmaster of the School of Deadly Arts.

Stephan James (Shots Fired) nabbed the male lead opposite Julia Roberts in Amazon’s straight-to-series order Homecoming… Monica Barbaro landed the female lead opposite Tony Danza and Josh Groban in Netflix dramedy The Good Cop… Add Patti La Belle and Brandy Norwood to the list of musical talents set for multi-episode arcs on FOX music drama Star… Eric Winter (Witches of East End) joins ABC’s The Good Doctor in a recurring role.

Tvline reports that HBO is eyeing Spring 2018 to begin production on a second season of Big Little Lies, although the network declined to confirm it. Adding fuel to rumor is the fact that Reese Witherspoon has stepped away from Pale Blue Dot, the Fox Searchlight sci-fi film that she had planned to produce and star in.

CBS All Access slotted the premiere date for the remaining six episodes of Star Trek: Discovery. Chapter 2 of the series returns Sunday January 7 after 8:30p.

Turner and IMG’s ELEAGUE bring fans The ELEAGUE CUP: Rocket League on Friday, December 1 across TBS with live gameplay on Twitch and YouTube.

Three new episodes of The Benefits of Gusbandry are now available on Amazon Prime Video, Seed & Spark and Vimeo. Series follows a straight woman and her gay male best friend.
