Jan David Frouman, Chairman & CEO of Red Arrow Studios, and a member of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE’s Executive Board, is stepping down from both posts when his current management contract concludes at the end of February, after 15 years with ProSiebenSat.1. Frouman will be succeeded by James Baker, who has been appointed President & COO of Red Arrow Studios, the global production network of ProSiebenSat.1.
Entravision Communications appointed Mark Garcia as Senior Vice President of Integrated Marketing Solutions. Previously, Garcia was Director of Sales at Nexstar Broadcasting in El Paso, TX.
Scott Koondel is stepping down as Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Content Licensing Officer for CBS Corp., with plans to launch an independent production and distribution company based at CBS Studio City. “I am proud of what we have been able to achieve during my 25 years at CBS and Paramount,” said Koondel. “As I look to the future, I am excited to have the opportunity to pursue something more entrepreneurial, with the freedom and flexibility to cast a wider net within the industry.”
Shauna Phelan has been tapped to serve in the newly-created position of Senior Vice President, Live-Action Scripted Content at Nickelodeon. Phelan worked with new Nick President Brian Robbins at Varsity Pictures and Awesomeness.

David Poltrack, chief research officer and president of CBS Vision, announced his retirement after a 50-year career in research at CBS, effective June 30, 2019.
Armando Nunez has an expanded role at CBS. He’s been named president and CEO for the CBS Global Distribution Group and chief content licensing officer for CBS Corp. The newly created post streamlines CBS’ content licensing, domestic syndication and international distribution in one division under Nunez.
Jeff Chin has been promoted to senior director, analytics, at Vox Media. Before joining Vox last year, he worked at companies including AOL and Scripps Media.
Thinkfactory Media CEO Leslie Greif is departing the production company, which he launched in 2011, to be replaced by Adam Reed, a 14-year veteran of the company who was named president of Thinkfactory Media in 2016.
