ESPN inked a multiyear contract extension with John Saunders, who joined the network in 1986. Saunders will continue to boost ESPN’s college football coverage, anchoring sister net ABC’s regular season Saturday programming, among other roles.
Univision Local Media promoted Sabina Widmann-Hernandez to VP/GM and director of sales of Univision stations in San Diego, California.
Bill Dallman has been named VP/news director of CBS-owned stations KCBS-TV and KCAL-TV in LA. Dallman is returning to local television news after having spent the past two years as VP of news at Fox Sports 1.

Time Warner tapped Priya Dogra as Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions. Dogra most recently was a VP in Citigroup’s technology, media and telecom investment banking division.
Legendary Entertainment hired Ian Richter as Executive Vice President of Franchise and Emerging Platform Development. Richter most recently served as head of franchise creative for DreamWorks Animation.
A+E Networks elevated three executives in its international marketing team. Anna Priest has been promoted to Vice President, Global Brands, International, and will maintain her current duties at A+E Networks UK. Chris Epple takes on the new role of Vice President, Franchises and Content Marketing, International; he formerly was VP, partnerships marketing and innovations for A+E Networks. Adrian Sexton has been named Interim President and Chief Operating Officer for Endemol Beyond USA, replacing Will Keenan, who is leaving the company. Burton Jablin has been promoted from President of Scripps Networks, to Chief Operating Officer of Scripps Networks Interactive. Kathleen Finch, currently President of HGTV, DIY Network and Great American Country, has been upped to Chief Programming, Content and Brand Officer and will take overall responsibility for content across all six of Scripps’ domestic networks.
