Epix named Courtney Menzel as EVP, content distribution & partnerships. Previously she served as EVP, content distribution and partner marketing at Current TV.

Nickelodeon announced two appointments in its preschool group: Sarah Landy has been promoted to SVP, production & development and Aghi Koh joins the team as VP, production & development.

Universal Kids named Karen K. Miller as SVP, content. Most recently, Miller was VP, worldwide programming strategy, acquisitions and co-productions, Disney Channels Worldwide. Additionally, Ellen Stone, EVP, marketing, Bravo and Oxygen Media, is expanding her purview to include Universal Kids.

Steve Kovach is joining CNBC.com as technology editor. He most recently was a senior correspondent at Business Insider.

The Bridge producer Lars Blomgren slides into a new role at Endemol Shine as head of scripted programming, Europe, Middle East and Africa. He previously was managing director of Endemol Shine’s Swedish producer Filmlance International.

Branding and design studio Trollbäck+Company added David Edelstein as executive director of client partnerships.. Most recently Edelstein was managing director at digital agency Modus Operandi.

Ian Griffiths will step down as COO/CFO of ITV in the next 12 months. Griffiths has been with the British broadcaster since 2008.

Jacqueline Parkes was upped to an expanded role as Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Digital Studios for MTV, VH1 and Logo. She will continue to oversee marketing and creative for the group as well as digital content and social media for the brands.

Walt Disney Company reorganized some of its executive team. Ricky Strauss was named President, Content and Marketing for the upcoming Disney SVOD service, while Asad Ayaz was appointed President of Marketing. Cathleen Taff was appointed President of Theatrical Distribution, Franchise Management and Business and Audience Insight.

AMC Networks announced its new leadership team for AMC, SundanceTV and AMC Studios. Ben Davis, previously Senior Vice President of Programming for AMC and SundanceTV, was upped to Executive Vice President of AMC Studios. Susie Fitzgerald extended her agreement as Executive Vice President of Programming for AMC and SundanceTV. Eliot Goldberg was promoted from Senior Vice President to Executive Vice President of Non-Fiction Programming for AMC and SundanceTV to Executive. Kristin Jones was upped from Senior Vice President to Executive Vice Presdent of International Programming for AMC and SundanceTV.

Meanwhile, AMC Networks International promoted Patrick Connolly to Senior Vice President of Programming for AMC/SundanceTV Global. He was previously Vice President of Programming and Scheduling for AMC/SundanceTV Global.

Laurel Fitzgerald was promoted to Senior Vice President, Consumer Research, Fox Broadcasting Company. She had been Vice President of Program and Market Research.
